The SearchSoft Program is an Internet-enabled software package and searchable database to collect, track, and retrieve job applications. Along with searching for applicants, the Medina County Schools’ ESC maintains files on each teacher from the local school districts including records of all required training modules supplied by Public SchoolWorks and BCI and FBI background checks, which are done electronically using WebCheck.
