The Medina County Schools’ Educational Service Center Substitute Teacher Training Program provides substitute teachers with skills in teaching strategies, classroom management, special education, legal issues, and professionalism. This training is required for any substitute teacher who holds a substitute-only teaching license and has never had a teaching license in the State of Ohio.
