OSTS
The Educational Service Center of Medina County is a partner with the Ohio Substitute Teacher Services (OSTS) consortium. Black River and Brunswick City Schools are member districts of the consortium. OSTS provides substitute services for schools in Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, and Summit Counties.
