Substitute Teaching Process
OSTS
The Educational Service Center of Medina County is a partner with the Ohio Substitute Teacher Services (OSTS) consortium. The OSTS provides substitute services for schools in Belmont, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Summit, and Tuscarawas Counties.

Step #1 - Complete an online AppliTrack application. Once you have completed the AppliTrack application, you will be contacted by a member of the OSTS team for a phone interview via email.
Step #2 - After your phone interview, a member of our team will reach out to your references.
Step #3 - Selected candidates will be invited to a New Hire Orientation to complete employment paperwork.
