The ESC of Medina County is a Webcheck agency. If you need an FBI and/or BCI background check, please call 330.723.6393, Ext. 601519 or 601559 to schedule your appointment. Please note, we are only able to fingerprint individuals for educational purposes. We accept credit card, exact cash, or check.
At the appointment, you will need your social security number, Driver's License or State ID, the reason code why you are having it completed (Ohio Revised Code), and the address of where the report needs to be sent. Please print out the FBI/BCI Request Form and bring it with you to your scheduled appointment.
