ESC Employees

Welcome to the ESC Employee Page!

As an ESC employee, you will be required to have a completed personnel file. The Human Resource Department will contact you to set up an appointment with our office and Payroll to complete your employment paperwork.
Please bring the following information to your appointment:

Two forms of original ID - For example, a Driver's License and Social Security Card, a Driver's License and a Birth Certificate, or a Passport are acceptable forms. Photocopies will not be accepted. 

Voided check or bank letter with your account information for payroll. Payroll will need a copy of your Social Security Card.

Current BCI and FBI background check - If you have completed a BCI and FBI check within the past one (1) year, we will accept copies.  If you have not been fingerprinted within the past one (1) year, we can fingerprint you at the time of your appointment. There is a $47.25 fee for both the BCI and FBI checks.  We accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover), and money order.
Valid Ohio Teaching License or Aide Permit, if applicable for position

At your appointment:  

ID Badge will be issued 

Receive information regarding Public School Works Online Training Program - All employees must complete  within 30 days of the date of registration.  You will be registered using your ESC email address. A link to the training can be found on the Personnel Services page.
