Melissa is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a background in psychology.  She previously worked at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism as a classroom behavioral therapist, and as an ABA tutor in one-on-one home settings.  Melissa joined the ESC in 2019 and is currently providing direct services to a student within the public school setting under the supervision of one of our Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA).
