Biographical Information:
Lauren is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Lauren started her career at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism as a classroom behavior therapist providing 1:1 and dyadic ABA therapy, leading an inclusion preschool program, and coaching staff training and peer mentoring programs. Her next venture took her into the home, school, and community environments as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She provided ABA training as a private contractor for parents, teachers and a variety of specialists and organizations. Prior to her arrival at Medina ESC in August, 219, she spent time honing her skills in ABA, implementing assessments and assisting with program and behavior plan development at the Cleveland Clinic Rocky River Outpatient Facility. Lauren is a certified Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) trainer.
