College and Career Fair

The Medina County College/Trade/Tech and Career Fair is held annually on an evening in mid-October. This event attracts more than 100 colleges and career-enhancing organizations from Ohio and nearby states. The 2009 College and Career Fair is scheduled as follows:

Date: October 6, 2009

Time: 6:30 – 8 p.m.

Site: Medina County Community Center

735 Lafayette Road, Medina

To help defray the costs of this event, there is a nonrefundable $20 registration fee for organization representatives. No admittance fee is charged.

As a new feature this year, we will be adding panel presentations on such topics as financial aid, college admission requirements, and preparing for college.

Students and parents from the following school districts and the general Medina County public are invited to attend:

Brunswick City
Buckeye Local
Cloverleaf Local
Highland Local
Medina City
Wadsworth City
Medina County Career Center

The Medina County College/Trade/Tech and Career Fair is registered with the Ohio Association for College Admission Counseling (OACAC). This event is co-sponsored by the Medina County Economic Development Corporation.
