Medina County Schools' Educational Service Center processes renewals and upgrades for the school districts in Medina County including:
- Buckeye Local Schools
- Cloverleaf Local Schools
- Highland Local Schools
- Substitute licenses for all school districts
- Aide Permits for Buckeye, Cloverleaf and Highland
