2012 "All-Star" Bands Survey (only 7 questions)

The 2012 Junior High/Middle School and High School “All-Star” Bands performed in concert on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. in the Highland High School Auditorium. Mr. Galen Karriker, Assistant Director of Bands and Associate Professor of Music at The University of Akron, was the guest conductor for the High School “All-Star” Band. The Junior High/Middle School “All-Star” Band guest conductor was Mr. Michael Foster, band director at Copley High School. |
Music directors in Medina County Schools selected a total of 156 students (88 junior high/middle school students and 68 high school students) to participate in the ensembles based upon ability, interest, potential for growth, and instrumentation. Here is a list of participating band directors:
